At last, an abridged autobiography that didn't try to justiy anything, he just told what happened. Phil Lesh, the base player for the Grateful Dead tells an honest tale of life in the 60s & 70s. He doesn't try to gloss over the drug and alchol use and he tales how it destroyed several lives and almost destroyed his. Overall, I really enjoyed this one even though it was abridged.
