High Stakes by Erin McCarthy
After about the first 80 or so pages this one did not grab me. I thought it was silly and typical, so I am going to pass on this series. I have so many TBRs and so little time that I don't want to waste it on anything that does not interest me.

I have really enjoyed this series so far. Although I have to say that I need a break from the hard core paranormal books so this kind of thing appeals to me now and again.
Maybe that was the problem. I've been reading too much Chick-Lit at one time. Perhaps I'll try again later.
