The Kiesha'Ra #3 : Falcondance by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes
The series got good again. Maybe volume two just suffered from being the "in-between" book. The story picks up with the story of the young falcon prince, his journey to the land of his birthright and, of course, the saving of land of his birth hangs in the balance. Now I can't wait to read book 4.
